Kelly McFaul‑Solem

Kelly McFaul‑Solem brings more than 30 years of finance, operations, and creative collaboration experience to Northern Bedrock. A UMD (BFA ) graduate, she spent 33 years at CPL Imaging supporting the region’s arts community-creating high‑end scans, expertly color‑correcting artwork, and producing fine‑art prints while also managing invoicing, bookkeeping, payroll support, and daily operations. Known for her steady presence and genuine care, Kelly built long‑standing relationships with artists and kept the studio running smoothly until its closure in 2025. Beyond her professional work, she is deeply engaged in her community, serving in key roles with Arrowhead Dog Agility and Arrowhead Small Dog Agility as a primary contact and event secretary. In her downtime, you’ll often find her walking the shores of Lake Superior with her dogs. Kelly brings a solutions‑oriented mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a willingness to grow with every team she joins.
